If you purchase an item and find that you have not read the item description correctly eg. wrong size, wrong colour, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt. However, a 10% handling charge will also be deducted from your refunded item cost. This is due to handling and administration charges. Postage costs are also Not refunded under these conditions!

If you are returning an item that is faulty you will be refunded once we recieve it.  When returning an item,  please send it via Royal Mail 1st Class, and  ensure you send the item back the way you received it, in the packaging  and protective wrapping it came with.

It may also need extra protective packaging as we cannot be responsible for items returned broken in the post.  Refunds or replacements will not be given under these circumstances.

Please note that all packing and opening of items are carried out under CCTV.
